How do I use this device?

1. Apply your choice of skincare or moisturiser to your face.

2. Hold the power button to turn the device on.

3. Massage up and down your skin, as you would with a regular gua sha.

Use this device 1 - 2x per day, for 5 - 10 minutes. We recommend starting with once per day at 5 minutes and building it up gradually.

How do I charge this device?

The device is simple to charge. Just use the included USB cable.

How do I clean the device?

Wipe the head of the device with dry tissues only; refrain from washing the device under running water, as this may damage the device.

Can I use the device if I have dental implants?

Yes, this device is safe to use with dental implants.

Can I use the device if I have fillings?

Yes, the device is safe to use even if you have fillings.

Can I use the device if I have crowns?

Yes, this device is safe to use if you have crowns.

Does the device hurt to use?

No, the device doesn't hurt to use. Whilst on the EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) mode, there may be a slight tingling sensation, as the device is stimulating your facial muscles. This helps to firm and tone your face.

How long does the device take to charge?

The device takes around 3 hours to charge fully, and should be able to last 1 hour on a full charge.

Please note, each mode will turn off automatically after 5 minutes to conserve battery life.

Does the device come with all 7 colours?

Yes, our device comes with all 7 colours. This includes red light, blue light, green light, cyan light, white light, purple light & yellow light.

Is this device suitable for all skin types & tones?

Yes, this device is suitable for all skin types & tones.

Can I use this sculptor on both my face and neck?

Yes, our device is suitable for both your face and neck.

Can I use this device with my skincare products?

For men, we recommend shaving any facial hair before using this device.

Our LED face sculptor is not suitable for:
